"subscript out of bounds" error when trying to make heatmap
I am having trouble outputting a presence/absence heatmap using the following R script: source("http://faculty.ucr.edu/~tgirke/Documents/R_BioCond/My_R_Scripts/overLapper.R") I can generate the heatmap graphic. I just can't sort my columns without getting an error. zero/mute pattern ?
We are transmitting CELT encoded packages over a lossy channel, where from time to time complete packages do not arrive at the decoder. My questions: 1. What will be the best pattern to be fed into the decoder in order to minimize the audible impact and make best use of internal states from last block (like overlapp-add history etc.) and best blending with next block ? 2. Addressing outgoing connections to a specific interface
On a CentOS 5.5 laptop (Dell Inspiron, dual boot with a Debian-based distro) I have a cable plugged into eth0 which is on a LAN with no internet connection. Additionally, I connect wirelessly on wlan0 to the internet. Both connections have router on the 192.168.0.1 address.
