"subscript out of bounds" error when trying to make heatmap
I am having trouble outputting a presence/absence heatmap using the following R script:
source("http://faculty.ucr.edu/~tgirke/Documents/R_BioCond/My_R_Scripts/overLapper.R")
I can generate the heatmap graphic. I just can't sort my columns without getting an error.
The instructions I'm following are from the Bioconductor manual here:
http://manuals.bioinformatics.ucr.edu/home/R_BioCondManual#R_graphics_heat
The specific section of instructions I...

zero/mute pattern ?
...smitting CELT encoded packages over a lossy channel, where from time to time complete packages do not arrive at the decoder.
My questions:
1.
What will be the best pattern to be fed into the decoder in order to minimize the audible impact and make best use of internal states from last block (like overlapp-add history etc.) and best blending with next block ?
2.
Does this pattern depend on sampling frequency, bitrate, etc.?
Currently we use 48kHz stereo @ 152kbit/s, 5.00ms packet size.

This is the point that worries me. If ESR 52.x requires GTK3, then how can
it be supported on CentOS 6?

Eh?? There is a slight misunderstanding here.
The Firefox 52.0 Version is released for BOTH, the normal release channel
AND the ESR channel. This was done to have one 6 week periode of overlapp
between the old and the new ESR version, to "ease over" the transistion,
as the 52 version insists on GKT3 and gstreamer 1.x normally.
At this point in time there are TWO ESR releases:
the 45.8.0esr AND the 52.0esr

Addressing outgoing connections to a specific interface
On a CentOS 5.5 laptop (Dell Inspiron, dual boot with a Debian-based
distro) I have a cable plugged into eth0 which is on a LAN with no
internet connection. Additionally, I connect wirelessly on wlan0 to
the internet. Both connections have router on the 192.168.0.1
address.
Although I need to stay connected to the wireless router, can I still
access the address 192.168.0.1 on the wired
