I am shopping around for an IAX provider that provides both outbound minutes and an inbound DID for a flat fee. the files when you attempt to rename it. This is caused by Window's Media Player loading the file when you click on it. To work around this I had to go into Windows Explorer and change the folder options from "Enable Web Contents in Folders" to "Use Windows Classic Folders".
