Hi, I have good news about running Outcast in Wine! Since Wine 1.0-rc2, I can play the Outcast Demo perfectly in Wine (with high quality settings)! The only problem is that the game doesn't run in fullsreen which is a little boring because the Outcast maximum resolution is 512x384... I also get few errors in a terminal output probably due to the main menu (not important!).

I have a problem in both Jedi Academy and Outcast where my crosshairs are sort of sticky or stuttering. hi! i run quake2(an ooooold game) with wine, and it works perfectly with opengl and it seems to works ok, but, when i try to write something in the game-console i can't, i see the game but i can't use my keyboard on it.
