tdm400p lockups
I have a system that has a TDM400 with 3 FXO modules. Recently, the
system started not seeing the ports. No answer, no lines available
for oubound dial, and only a reboot of the machine will bring it back.
Any ideas to try?
Thanks,
Tim

SIP VoIP Provider problems
Hi
Hope someone can help :)
I am testing 4 PSTN termination providers. 3 SIP and 1 IAX
IAX and 1 of the SIP providers work fine.
Now the wierdness:
2 SIP providers I can only get oubound calls to ring at the destination and
then nothing more. 1 gets as far as SIP code 183 (and ringing on the src
handset ...yay) the other doesn't get past 100.
Added to this inbound calls (PSTN->provider->asterisk->handset) work fine
100% of the time.
I have tried alot of config opt...

Redirect a sip outbound requests to a sip proxy
...R look for domains in URI. if domains are
handled by SER/OPENSER so requests are forwarded to
ASTERISK.
If domain in URI is not handled by SER/OPENSER and/or
ASTERISK I wish the request is sent to Asterisk before
to send back it to SER/OPENSER. in other word i wish
to define SER/OPENSER server as oubound proxy for
Astersik.
Is it Possible ?
Harry

something between an ATA and a channel bank for a small office?
I have had very bad experiences with IAXYs so far.. I have pulled them
and will be attempting a refund shortly. Bad audio, overheating and
shutting down until allowed to cool, etc. make it unusable in a business
environment.
That said, is there a low-mid priced solution for a remote office to
connect to a home office runing asterisk? There seems to be a hole in
the market for 6-8 person

>In theory yes, but it is shaping inbound transfers to my server.
>YOu''re not doing any other sort of Ingress filters are you??

>I dont care about destination port. That line was commented. BUT, incoming transfers are being shaped for some reason.
>Could this be shaping on the ISP side?? What >happens when the tc rules
>are shut off??

Inbound is via tcp windowshaping etc..
