Mantel-Haenszel for 2x2
Hi all,
Does anyone know if an R function for the Mantel-Haenszel chi-square for a
2x2 table exists? I’ve also seen it called the randomization Q statistic.
Note that I’m not looking for the Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel…I did see that out
there as cmh.test.
Thanks in advance,
Jeff

[LLVMdev] How to run vmjc created .bc files?
...d returned 1 exit status
If I have class files that depends on other class files, will llcj be
able to find those and compile them into the executable as well?
Also, I have an addition to the Java standard library backported from
Java 7, which is necessary for my project. JSR166:
http://gee.cs.oswego.edu/dl/concurrency-interest/
Of course, I'm not sure JnJvm supports multiple cores, but this is more
a proof of concept than anything.
Should I just insert the necessary classes into glibj.zip and recompile
libvmjc.so?
Thanks,
Michael

I run an NT 4.0 installation that also boots to my primary Linux (Red Hat 9)
sitting on a partition in a second drive. Earlier, after installing Red Hat

the solutions. So I waited. Recently, I tried to install an updated version
of wine using an rpm, so I tried to unstall the old stuff. Wouldn't

[LLVMdev] How to run vmjc created .bc files?
Hi Michael,
Currently, you can run vmjc created .bc files by statically linking them
with all the .o needed files. For that, you can use the llcj tool, which
works more or less like GCC's gcj tool.
Note that you also need to create the libvmjc.so file, which contains the
standard library in native form. Do a make in the tools/vmjc/libvmjc
directory. Once this is done, update the

[LLVMdev] How to run vmjc created .bc files?
Hi,
What do I need to link with vmjc created .bc files to actually run
the .bc file? I tried running with lli but only got:
LLVM ERROR: Program used external function 'StartJnjvmWithoutJIT' which
could not be resolved!
Thanks,

dlls continued
I installed another app, but it wouldn't run until I moved Mfc40.dll into the
system folder. I didn't change the config file, but the app now works.
Tempting a mental breakdown, I then installed another app, but got these

minor disaster
Somehow my .config ended up with zero bytes. The only things I can think of
happening is looking at it in WineTools, and perhaps failing to install a
program. Any ideas? The last time it had something in it was yesterday when I
looked at it in WineTools, then this morning it had nothing in it. But I
don't remember if it was before or after trying to install something. I just
thought that

re: fonts - newbie squared now keyboard
Well, fonts look (usually) nice on my main machine, but still dragged out when
I ssh from my laptop. Big thanks for the help. I'm currently trying to learn
how to install into my fake windows directory. I moved one app in bodily (so
what happened to them install files) and it seems to work fine, with hardly
any more annoying problems than in windows. But...

drives - semi newbie
Okay, on the nth reading about drives at
http://www.winehq.com/site/docs/wine-user/config-drive-main
I see that I simply need to type P:\usr\mywine, or, in my case, P:\mnt\crate
to access my FAT drive. But, ya know, it seems I cannot find where I am to
type this. Now, in the ancient past, I have done this in an ancient wine
version by putting it in a certain section in the configuration file,

dlls - still a newbie
I'm very confused as usual.
I have an NTFS/Linux dual boot. I usually run from kde.
If I understand correctly, wine, when it runs a program will
1. see it ask for a function in a dll
2. check up in the config file for that dll and note if native or built-in or
nothing has been noted.
3. from there, it will either use built-in, or native file in the order
written.
So, if I install and app,
