[PATCH v3 1/2] drm: Wrap the check for atomic_commit implementation
This check is useful for drivers that do not have DRIVER_ATOMIC set but
have atomic modesetting internally implemented. Wrap the check into a
function since this is used in many places and as a bonus, the function
name helps to document what the check is for.

Change return type to bool (Ville)
Move the function drm_atomic.h (Daniel)

update config.guess and config.sub to support aarch64
Hello,
would it be possible to update config.sub and config.guess to the latest versions (or at least version
from automake-1.13.1) in order to support new architectures based on the ARM 64 bit CPU?
