I've noticed this too, I think it returns a "busy" state.

Problems with queue and remote agents
...i configure a queue containing phone number of the second
* (i.e with a round robin strategy)
I have non problem as far as all phones are online.
If one of the remote phone number is unavailable, when the round-robin
strategy touch that phone the call is answered
by the voicemail (the extension is onthephone or is unavailable....)
I think that the problem could be the first * pass the call to the second,

Or is there any othe solution ?

Polycom IP 601 Buddy Watch problems
Hi,
I configured Buddy Watch function on my Polycom IP 601. It works well, until I make a reload of Asterisk. After reload, It can't monitor any lines and I have to restart the phone to reactivate this function.
Is this a specific problem of asterisk-1.2.3? How can I solve it?
Thank in advance, regards,
Marco.

Same here, I just changed the b to u. Unavailable message is more generic,
but it beats it saying busy when its not.

Polycom-Asterisk hints/presence
I set up hints and presence monitoring on some Polycom phones connected
to an asterisk server with the expectation that the phones that are
"watching" other extensions would be notified when the other extension
sis ringing, in addition to the other statuses (on the phone, statuses
set by the user on the phone, not registered, etc).
I can see when the line is in use, and when it is
