problem with ML estimation
dear list, as a part my problem. I have to estimate some parameters using ML estimation. The form of the likelihood function is not straight forward and I had to use a for loop to define the function. I used "optim" to maximise the result but was not sure of the programme. Lattice graph help
Hi all I hope you might help me with some aspects of producing a graph in lattice. possible bug R CMD check: No space(s) allowed after \VignetteDepends{}
R CMD check gives an error when a vignette entry %\VignetteDepends{} has any extra space at the end. Maybe this is by design, but I found it confusing. Changing the function "vignetteMetaRE" in tools package could solve the problem. I.e. vignetteMetaRE <- function(tag) paste("[[:space:]]*%+[[:space:]]*\\\\Vignette", tag,"\\{([^}]*)\\}", sep = "")

Running sweave automatically using cygwin
