The only issue I am having is that I would like to produce a graph
showing the correlation between qualitative variables, quantitative
variables, and dimensions for some but not all analyses types. For
example, it would be good to see only origin, odor, and
odor.after.shaking on the graph.
By default, it doesn't seem possible to include both qualitative and
qualitative data in the correlation graph, or to filter by
res.mfa$separate.analyses.
I am using the code:

units of a biplot
...dy,
I am afraid this might be a stupid question, but after scanning a little
bit through the help archive and the internet, I didn't come up with an
answer myself.
I have done a principle component analysis on a data set, which yields
the mean response of 14 olfactory neurons to 16 different odors. When
plotting the result in a biplot, it nicely shows me the odors in
different positions in the principle component space. Additionally, the
neurons are shown as vectors within this plot. My question now is: what
are the units of the axes? When doing the principle component in IDL,
the rela...

Plotting Data Frame
Dear R community members,
I think I am asking a very simple question, but I really looked up in
the faqs and manuals and found nothing helpful.
I am trying to plot a data frame with the following structure (this is
just a small extract):

We have moved it but still the same result.
I'm busy downgrading to 2.0.14 to see if this will help for now.
Any Ideas ?

http parser
Just thought I''d let you know that your http parser worked great for
creating an http protocol handler for Eventmachine. It wouldn''t take
that much effort to use Eventmachine for Mongrel, might be worth a
shot just to see how it does. A few things would need to be
restructered, like HttpRequest where you read the rest of the body,
and calling the handler. But it
