Extensions +International

The problem is if the call isn't typed in, then you press dial, we have
problems... Example:
I pick up the handset and get a dialtone. I press 9011331234567 or
something international. Before I can finish, the local option kicks in
because it saw 9XXXXXXXX.
Is there a way to say
_9[2-9]NXXXXXXX or something like that?

Asterisk or Zaptel Issues
...hecked it with there PRI
testing Phone, the numbers which was not able to dial by mine TRIXBOX, dial
successfully from there PRI PHONE. So may be there is some thing in trixbox.
According to me {0} should not dial automatically, so is there is any clue
??? how to fix that,??
Mine Trunk Rule is {11+NXXXXXXX}
Mine Outbount Route is :

80|XXXXXXXXXX
895|XXXXXXXXXX
8|NXXNXXXXXX
8|NXXXXXX
8|XXXXXXXX

I used 8 for dial outbound.... I am using Trixbox....

Hello,
I would like to add area code if clients dial 7 digits, it that
possible? currently clients dial prefix 9 plus local number, however my
SIP provider is requiring to dial 10 digits. is it possible to add area
code?

Unexpected ISDN hangup on outbound call

(I know i could have written NXXXXXXX but does it to easy reading)
Any tips or suggetions? I've searched the archives, but couldn't find any
suitable answer.
