Dear Aman,
You may create your own dialplan and you can try with it.
Put something like that:
exten => 611,1,Dial(ZAP/<port>/0114454212111|60)
then asterisk -rx 'dialplan reload', then call 611.
I have no idea about Trixbox, it's Asterisk :)
