try specifying an absolute path to icecast.xml. also check
owner/group/permissions.

...ed the icecast2 and I shut it down using
the /etc/init.d/icecast2 stop.

netstat -ntulp | grep icecast2
returns nothing.
remember that it starts using
icecast2 -c icecast.xml
does start the broadcasting icecast server.

Next Problem: Puppet 2.7 + Passenger won't connect
OK. What did I booger up this time ?
agent.myexample.org and puppetmaster.myexample.org are the same server.
