....conf has country=uk and I've also set both the general and extension sections in sip.conf to language=uk, but I still only get US ringback tones on the Aastra handset. I'm running * 1.2.4 (via AAH 2.5) in case this makes a difference, but I've been experiencing these issues with every version of Asterisk I've tried from 1.0.9 upwards.
