printing with wine thru ghostscript
...a postscript
printer ppd file, and set lpt1 to be |lpr, will this work?
Could someone maybe tell me the steps he or she performed to make this
work? I have worked with afms before. In fact, I was able to get
StarOffice to use truetype fonts (and ghostscript).
thanks,
Michael

Anyone having his USB Joystick working in wine?
Hi everyone,
I am running X-Plane under wine, but the joystick input is ignored.
Is there anything special I need to do in the wine setup to have the
joystick recognized.
My joystick is a USB Logitech Wingman Extreme 3D, and it
works normally under other Linux applications.

How quickly are RHEL errata released as CentOS errata ?
Hi,
I am deciding on what 'RHEL clone' to use and prefer to use one that has a
quick release after RedHat releases an update.
I checked the repositories, but have not encountered any of the latest
errata. Am I looking at the wrong place ?
Thanks,
Taco

(there's probably also a system wide location).
There you can add a group [Intl] with the keys of
a standard Window's registry. Using regedit under
windows, have a look

Problems accessing files with (lib)smbclient
Hi!
Seems like I need some help with a really awkward problem I stumbled over
today. In a remote access solution I developed, a Perl CGI script accesses
a Windows NT 4.0 Server through Filesys::SmbClient and thus libsmbclient.
Browsing the shares and the directories works perfectly but as soon as I
try to get any file, it fails with a "Permission denied", even if I try it
with the
