Binary logistic model using lrm function
...abstract + series +
author1, data = Mydata, x = TRUE, y = TRUE)
anova(fit)
detach()
However, when I look at the output for predict(fit), I am getting values
below 0 and above 1, which does not make much sense. Can someone lead me in
the right direction?
Thank you for your help in advance.

The strange thing is it works sometimes.
I was thinking it was UNIX permissions, but things look ok.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks Miles

Calculating p and q values with R
Hi,
I have a huge dataset (53 million records). I have to calculate the p and q
values of my data. How can I do it in R or perl? I have downloaded R (I'm
completely new to R). and the package qvalue but I don't understand how can
I call/use qvalue package with R. When I type library(qvalue), it gives me
an error that this package doesn't exist. What should I do?
Thanks!

I don't see how GMP is linked in at all. rms asked me to look into this,
because this might constitute a license conflict.
Thanks for your help!
