...had problems with Canon FAX machines not accepting FAXes from spandsp-0.0.1 you might like to try this version. I have had at least one report from someone who used to have trouble with Canon machines, who finds the latest code seems OK. The APIs of spandsp have changed, so you need to use the newser app_rxfax.c and app_txfax.c you will find in the above ftp directory. It is no longer necessary to use the not-quite-standard libtiff header files, tif-dir.h and tiffiop.h, which are required to build spandsp-0.0.1 Regards, Steve
