Why won''t this work - simple helper text ??

When called in my view like this:
<%= cancel_toggle "newClient" %>
It gets written to the browser but does not work. When placed directly
in the view it works. Firefox highlights the following in red (in source
view):
newClient","blind"
It must be something to do with my quotes but I cannot see it. Help
please ????

How to put a form for one controller in another controlers view

Our team uses ssh extensively for server access and maintenance
(Debian). An issue is acting as root when operating, for example, over
ansible and keeping a record of who performed the actions, something ssh
certificates solves well.
The problem is then to automate certificate issuance since it would be
pretty
