X100P Wildcard - Hassle free clone?
...t MD3200, and
Motorola 62802 (as seen here
http://www.voip-info.org/tiki-index.php?page=X100P+clone ) Is one of
them more stable than another? What modem cards have you had the best
luck with? Are there any ones to stay away from?
I'll be using this for home use, so absolute reliability is not
necissary. As a result I'd like to stay ~20 or less, and get the best
quality I can for this price range. Thanks!

Samba 3.20 Solaris questions PLEASE HELP!
...y
go, Thank you soooo much in advance to anyone who has some answers for me.
Questions
1 - Does PAM have to be configured when using winbind and samba 3 in an ADS
environment? Everything is currently working and I've done nothing to
configure PAM, yet all online documetation states this is a necissary step?
2 - Can samba 3 still use ads and winbind without adding winbind to
nsswitch.conf? If not is there anyway to force winbind to leave all
applications with the exception of samba out of its control eg helios
admsrv, afpserv or anything else installed on the system that may consult
nsswitch tha...

No subject
...runs this is the last before reboot or halt is called.
If I run umount /mnt/net before I shutdown then it unmounts fine, and
shutdown works fine as well.
I have the smb daemons being launched by inetd, which is launched by init.
The system is using devfs
I only installed the kernel and samba, is it necissary to patch the kernel
or perhaps mount/umount to use 2.2.0 because I have another system similarly
set up (except without devfs) that's using samba 2.0.7 and it doesn't have
this problem.
Thanks for any help
