quality vs bitrate
...the cd player plugin does something like this in winamp - been a long time since i've used windows now though =) Anyway, what do you think ? newbie desperate for help
I just installed Samba for the first time. Installed and setup like a dream. Unfortunately, I can't login to save my life. The server appears in the Net. Neighborhood, but when I double-click to login, the login window give the following message: Incorrect password or unknown username for \\SERVERNAME Entering a username and password (from /etc/passwd) returns: \\SERVERNAME is not

(Classical) Request for Standardization of expanded TAGS
A month or two ago I sent an email to this list proposing to expand the list of "standard" tags for Ogg Vorbis. No tag would be required, but if you wanted to encode certain types of information about a file, you could use a standard tag. problems upgrading to samba 2.0.5a
