GLMs: Negative Binomial family in R?

If any of you know of such a function - I will certainly look forward to hearing
from you! Additionally, if any of you have insight on zero-inflated data, and
testing for this, I'd be interested in your comments too. I'll post a summary

Mixed model for negative binomial distribution (glmm.ADMB)

limitations. They have also run some tests comparing glmm.ADMB to other
software packages like SAS NLMIXED and arrived at similar solutions.
If any of you are interested in my model comparisons (glmm.admb,
glmm and glmmML) I can send you some of my test data and results.
