So, I installed AoM successfully (I did have the Pidgen.dll problem, but I solved it.) Then, I double clicked the AoM icon in the install folder. At first, the icon appears on my dock...but then it disappears. O.o? Has anybody else experienced this? Also, when installing, it asked me to install the Parser program, which I did (in a "common" folder.) Is that part of the problem? Thanks

I got it to install, but when I try to play, it says, "Please insert correct CD-ROM, select OK and restart application" I've tried using all 3 CD's (2 from original, 1 from the titans expansion), but it always gives me that error thing.

Hi all, I'm having trouble running windows games from Fedora 9, 64 bit, using wine rc3. I've tried Command & Conquer 3, Age Of Mythology and Jazz Jackrabbit 2. All games fail. A plethora of problems related to crashes and drawing in the game Age of Mythology Gold. A few of these problems didn't exist in earlier versions of wine. I haven't filed any of these as bug reports but wanted to put what I did find here so I wouldn't lose it. You need mfc42.dll in your System32 directory and you need AOM Gold NoCD patch 1.03 English (aomx.exe) to be able to play this
