Naming clash: -DCLS=n and CLS in code
...matrix operations -- and not when building the *compiler*.
It's worse. At least in the first case, the code looks like it
wouldn't even compile without that definition. That's not an
optimization flag, that's a weird build system.

Naming clash: -DCLS=n and CLS in code
While building llvm & clang & libs by giving some optimization options
to the building compiler, the following error happened:
I think it is related to the passed -DCLS=64, because in file
clang/lib/Frontend/Rewrite/RewriteModernObjC.cpp:6411 an enum member
has the same name (CLS), so it does a macro-substitution with the passed value
of CLS, ie. with 64, but which of course then breakes

Anti-MITMA method of Samy Kamkar
Hi, I wonder if OpenSSH has the following method
against MITMA already implemented or not:
"
Anti-MITMA: Preventing Man in the Middle Attacks
Code at http://samy.pl/anti-mitma.pdf
I've described a simple method for authentication based protocols
(e.g., ssh) to prevent man in the middle attacks. Rather than
establishing a potentially MITMA'd connection, then authenticating,

ups not recognized by usbhid-ups
I've posted this before being subscribed but was thwarted by moderation.
I have a new UPS, actual manufacturer unknown. It comes with USB and
serial connections, and a CD with windows software and some old unix
software for serial support only. I'm using pretty much bleeding edge
linux, and I want to avoid rs-232 if possible. Am I hopelessly naive?

[RFC] Late (OpenMP) GPU code "SPMD-zation"
Where we are
------------
Currently, when we generate OpenMP target offloading code for GPUs, we
use sufficient syntactic criteria to decide between two execution modes:
1) SPMD -- All target threads (in an OpenMP team) run all the code.
2) "Guarded" -- The master thread (of an OpenMP team) runs the user
code. If an OpenMP distribute region is encountered,
