Hello All, I have a queue with only one agent logged in al the time, but if for some reason the agent cannot pick up the call for 2 full ring, the phone does not ring the 3rd time and all the call in the queue get stuck. Hi friends, Do we have any way to prevent more than one Agent being logged in from the same extension? Also is there a way to limit an agent from logging in from more than one extension?
