Thanks for the answer Nick. Now you got me on a chase through FunctionAttrs.cpp trying to find out what analysis passes "... which answers no to everything", means. :-) Garrison On Sep 10, 2011, at 13:52, Nick Lewycky wrote: > Nick Lewycky wrote: >> I was sure that I remember "opt -functionattrs" being taught to do this, >> but I just tried it out and it

gtkpod
High and low searching (google, most of the repos in http://wiki.centos.org/AdditionalResources/Repositories) availed nothing - has anyone found a repo for gtkpod on centos-6? I seem to recall having to use fedora packages at some time in the past. Bit loath to do that again or compile from source. Thanks Bob

SuSE 9.2 - Browsing Windows Network
I installed SuSE 9.2 on a development workstation over the weekend. After the install completed, I was able to view my network, both at home and at work (via VPN), with no problems. I later updated my Samba installation to 3.0.9 and that seemed to break my ability to browse the network. I downgraded Samba back to the original 3.0.7 that loaded in the original install, but that didn't make

Now the test for the Vertex 2 Pro. This was fun. For more explanation please see the thread "Crucial RealSSD C300 and cache flush?" This time I made sure the device is attached via 3GBit SATA. This is also only a short test. I''ll retest after some weeks of usage. cache enabled, 32 buffers, 64k blocks linear write, random data: 96 MB/s linear read, random data: 206 MB/s linear

Rebuild of kernel 2.6.9-67.0.20.EL failure
Hello list. I'm trying to rebuild the 2.6.9.67.0.20.EL kernel, but it fails even without modifications. How did I try it? Created a (non-root) build environment (not a mock ) Installed the kernel.scr.rpm and did a rpmbuild -ba --target=`uname -m` kernel-2.6.spec 2> prep-err.log | tee prep-out.log The build failed at the end: Processing files: kernel-xenU-devel-2.6.9-67.0.20.EL Checking
