I'm pulling my hairs to fond what goes wrong with Icecast2 ...

Hi, i'm trying to complîle and install ices2 on my linux slackawre box :
After leting make runnins a while , i got these errors ...
Would tou help me to solve please ?
I have just grabbed ices from cvs.

directory servers
Hi all i use icecast and my server seems to touch many directory servers
.. but when i visit for example http://yp.icecast.org ,
my server i not listed .
I remember it was listed four or five weeks ago ... why that ?

Hi:
Just a thought - this isn't a case of a specific mountpoint configuration
over-riding the settings quoted here, is it? Perhpas try changing the name
of the mountpoint.

hi people,
currently, what commands are available via /admin page for icecast2 ?
I know I can kick users and see stats. what about the other commmands?
where can I find a list of them?

Ices 0.2.3 sudden errors
Hi all ,
my ices0.2.3/icecast1.3.12 has a sudden strange behaviour.
For 3-4 months they ran without any ( yes , any ) problems.
My box is a slackware linux one, on an ADSL line in France .
I even was so satisfied of them that a let them runinng as deamon.
...
But these past three days , ices seems to kill itself ....with that
reason:
(Ices and icecast are on the same box .
That 1rst line appears

WinXP , Icecast2 OddCast
Re-Hi ,
I'm also trying to write a tutorial to teach to use Icecast2 with
AddCast + Winamp3 as source .
Unfortunately it doesnot worrk very vell:
When i dont play any file with WinAmp , and a connect WA+OddCast to
icecast , it works, but as soon as i play a file it breaks the
connection with thte message : connection reset by the server .
So .... What is the way to make it work ? is there

I run a CVS version (i dont remember exactly when did i got it )of Ices2/
Icescast2 on a slackware Linux box .
I put this section into the Ices2 conf file :

voice -only broadcast
Hi
I'm actually running an icecast server to broadcast voice .
I'm not broadcasting music at all .
Would it be better for me to use speex ?
Is there an icecast-like broadcast server for speex ?
Would there be a way to read the braodcast stream under windos and MacOs and
Linux ? ( Winam or else ... )
