I just tried this yesterday and it was somewhat working. I was able to start
the server and stream to it from oddcast, but I wasn't able to listen with a
second instance of winamp, or a winamp2 instance. I was using winamp 3 to
stream with the version of oddcast for WA3. A friend on another computer was
able to listen to the stream though.
I changed the icecast config from the default and ... streamed in ogg format
from oddcast, used quality -1. I also changed the icecast2 windows shortcut
and set its working directory to the directory in which icecast2 exe resides.
