There has been a lot of talk lately about the Icecast YP, and also the fact that Shoutcast has started to refuse listings of mp3pro streams...so given a bit of free time on my hands (yes occasionally it happens) I wrote this -> http://www.oddsock.org/tools/ml_icecastlist/. Hello, I was wondering if Icecast servers are listed in the WinAMP directory? I would also like to know how to include the title of the currently playing song in the Stream Title. Does Icecast supports a "backup" file just as Shoutcast has for when the source clients goes offline? I am using ices 0.4 and Icecast 2.2.0. Thank you for your reply! Rafael Fernandez

Hi, I?m working in an application that connects to Icecast servers. I assume that there is no legal issues regarding this because everything is free here. What I don?t know is how to get a stream directory. There is one at icecast.org, it?s OK to get it from there? Any other sources? Thanks. Regards Damian No virus found in this outgoing message.
