SNMP agent for NUT
Hello guys, I was some years ago when I sent something to this list. NUT is a great tool but lacks SNMP management. It can access a device using SNMP but I found no way to read NUT values using SNMP. It would be very useful in order to integrate with network management software based on SNMP. As I did not find a solution, I wrote it myself. I wrote a MIB file and a SNMP agent for net-snmp

Memory usage bar plot
Hi, I haven't tried the code yet. Is there a way to parse this data using R and create bar plots so that each program's 'RAM used' figures are grouped together. So 'uuidd' bars will be together. The data will have about 50 sets. So if there are 100 processes each will have about 50 bars. What is the recommended way to graph these big barplots ? I am looking

snmp statistics for vnics
1 simple question about network statistics for vnics: We noticed that the statistics for vnics (used by Virtualbox guests) are not there. When the nics are plumped in the host OS, we do see them showing up, but all all records are 0. Can someone tell me how to get the correct network info via snmp on the Vbox Host?? Thanks in advance. Interfaces stick around now on domain restart?
Hi, I've just begun putting xen domains on an etch dom0 (my other servers being sarge with backports at this time). I've noticed that when a domain is restarted or shut down, SNMP believes that the interface is still there and a new interface with the same name has been created. For example, on an snmpwalk: [...] IF-MIB::ifDescr.24 = STRING: v-deep IF-MIB::ifDescr.28 = STRING: v-isst
