Proxying of non "plain" SASL mechnisms.

Proxying of non "plain" SASL mechnisms.
Hi, I understand from earlier discussions that the reason dovecot doesn't support proxying of other SASL mechanisms than those which supply the plaintext password is that in general it would be possible to proxy any SASL mechanism since it might protect against man-in-the-middle attacks (which would prevent proxying). However, that has led to choice between letting users use PLAIN (or

[LLVMdev] hacking clang IdentifierTable
Hi all, Clang use a hash table to store all its identifiers. The hash table definition is: typedef llvm::StringMap<IdentifierInfo*, llvm::BumpPtrAllocator> HashTableTy; HashTableTy HashTable; Can anyone explain the mechnism of handling the name string key collision for me? Is there a IdentifierInfo objects chain or list for variable or function with the same name? Thanks very much! Yabin -- The question is how do you generate these offline annotations and how expensive and accurate they are and why they are usefil...

ssh - NO SALE or NO GIVE ?
...ey are not interactive. Obvisously this makes NO sense at all, and anyway you can always use X or such to generate an interactive session, but that is the way AIX works, rightly or wrongly. Is there ANY way AROUND this ? SFTP Really needs to have a /etc/ftpusers file to provide a simple blocking mechnism for ftp. BUGS If rlogin=false then ssh still prompts for password, although it already knows access will be denied.

Scheduler Mechnisms!
Hello, Normally, in addition to such qdisc scheduler mechanisms as FIFO, PQ, WRR, WFQ, are there any more? Then, there is a confusion on scheduler in Linux enviroment: Assume there is a qdisc, such as RED as a leaf qdisc in a router, we know, if there is packet which want to enqueue the packet, the Function red_enqueue is called, but when the packet leave the queue(when the Function red_dequeue

dovecot + LDAP + SASL?
Hi, I would like to setup an IMAP server with SASL and LDAP support. As far as I can see dovecot supports SASL and LDAP, but not the way I need it. If I understand dovecot correctly, it has it's own set of SASL mechnisms and uses the LDAP server just to store the plaintext password. In case of authentication dovecot fetches the plaintext password from LDAP and then performs the SASL steps internally. I need to support proprietary SASL mechanisms built into an LDAP server, which are not based on just a single pas...

OpenLDAP migration from Centos 5 to 6
I'm moving my home network server from a Dell server, which has been having some mysterious problems, to an HP MicroServer. Everything - MySQL, OpenVPN, email (dovecot), httpd, etc - except for openLDAP, which is taking more time than everything else put together. I haven't found any straightforward instructions on this anywhere. The official RedHat document

Network configuration
Hi, Apologies for the cross-posting; I''m not sure whether this is a firewall or routing issue, or both! I have four network cards, detailed below. eth0 and eth3 connect to my ISPs, and eth1 and eth2 connect to local networks. I want to route all traffic from eth2 to eth0, and from eth1 to eth3. However, I am having a few problems with this. eth0 ip: 192.168.100.253/24 gw:

41 server under puppet today
Hello there. Just to let you know i have just put in production mode puppet on 41 freeBSD 4.7 virtual servers (yes not real servers but "jailed ones"). I had some little problems with facter at first but i have manualy upgraded the servers that where affected by the little "facter does not read his facts" problem i had. I should have missed something in my deploiement.

help for color parameter
...example, first ID has 3 DIDs, then the color is the first three colors(black, red, green) in the first plot, but in the second plot, why the color change to pink which is 6th one, I actually expect the color is blue which is the 4th one, same problems for the rest of plots. I am confused about the mechnism of picking color in R based on my code, how can I specify the color I want in this situation and code. Basically, I would like to have 10 different colors of line and pch(line and pch will be in same color) for each combination of ID and DID. I expected first 10 colors in R for this plot initially....
