8 lines - best approach
I have 8 lines coming into an existing PBX system and am looking for a cost effective way to replace the existing system with Asterisk. We need some of the features in Asterisk, including its ability to support remote offices (long distance savings). At first glance this appears to require a T100P card and a channel bank, but that seems rather expensive. My estimated price on that would be

phpMyAdmin high Memory usage
...sn't want to see those jumps. The databases appear to be about 450MB-600MB. On a side note I had a requirement from the dev group here to set php to a maximum memory usage of 1GB due to the large files that are being parsed via a web page. Any help would be appreciated. Beagled on CentOS 4.4?
I'm needing a way to full text index a bunch of pdfs so that I can search them from a web front end. Beagle would be ideal. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending upon your viewpoint), mono, and mono apps, will likely never see the light of day in RHEL. I'm looking for the most straightforward way to get beagle installed. I don't need the gnome gui, just beaglelib, beagled, and

Sound problems with CentOS
Has anyone experienced this before? This happened to me even under CentOS 4.x. But basically what happens is that when I play MP3s, whatever the right speaker crackles at higher volume. And it's always that speaker and only that speaker. If I turn the balance to the other speaker I have no problems. So it feels like it might be a mixer issue. I use Alsa, of course, as that's what the

RE: SCSI Raid controller
Hi All, I have some old HP Netserver LPr?s that have old HP RAID controllers (NetRAID 3si?s). The RAID controllers don?t work too well with CentOS. I?ve not been able to get the installer to see the controllers. I?ve read a lot of notes that don?t seem to point to me having any success. So 2 questions. Has anyone successfully used NetRAID 3si controllers with CentOS? Can anyone recommend an
