Hi.
Inetd mode is broken as of cvs-20051111
After logging in on POP3 port imap binary is started.
Seems like somehow master process receives wrong protocol id and thus
starts wrong binary.

SSL CA root certificate
In reading through the mailing list, this question seems to have come up
before, but never quite answered.
I bought a certificate from Digital Signature Trust which is a well
known certificate authority. The reason I bought my certificate, was so
that email clients connecting to my imaps server wouldn't be bothered
with warnings of unrecognized certificate authority as they would see

Failed authentication to a mysql database (bug or PEBKAC?)
Hello,
I'm trying to setup a mailserver running postfix and dovecot with mysql
as database backend. Postfix is already running and delivers mails just
fine. Unfortunately, dovecot has great problems connecting to the
database (using username + password). If I disable the password,
everthing works fine. But, thats harakiri, security wise ;-)
I tried dovecot-1.0-stable and the latest

Hi!
I fully understand and second efforts on educating people
how to configure BIND to be stong to attacks and keep them from using
"query-source address" with "port" option but how about
binding named to particular IP address when host has many of them?
Using "query-source address" without "port" is the only solution
(not speaking of jails here) and safe
