Problem on RH 5.2 LX164 Alpha
Hi,
I have had samba (1.9.18p1) on RH 5.0 LX164 Alphas for over a year,
without a glitch. Recently I bought some new boxes which came with RH

smb.conf and now I'm having some irritating problems: every few hours
all smbd's simply stop answering, although they keep lurki...

del=1
noise[0]+=val*del

R-1.0.0 is released
I've rolled up R-1.0.0.tgz a short while ago.
You can get it from
ftp://cvs.r-project.org/pub/CRAN/src/base/R-1.0.0.tgz
or
http://cvs.r-project.org/pub/CRAN/src/base/R-1.0.0.tgz
or wait for it to be mirrored at a CRAN site near you within a day or
two. It should get to the CRAN master site within a few hours.
There's also a version split in three for floppies if you prefer
that.
