Problem With Android Configuration
I switch to lollipop 4 months ago and I never had issue. So for my opinion it is ready for daily use. Before try tinc I had my vpn implemented with openvpn, and it works great on lollipop. I switch to tinc because i prefer a mash vpn topology versus a client/server topology. -- Andrea Squeri Inviato con Sparrow (...

Problem With Android Configuration
Hi there, I've finally had a deeper look and found the Lollipop routing issues root cause: Lollipop uses several routing tables instead of the default one for previous Android versions. The main routing table is used with lowest priority per default: root at hammerhead:/ # ip rule show 0: from all lookup local 10000: from all fwmark 0xc0000/0xd0000 looku...

Yes. The problem is lollipop. I tried to install tinc on my brother's device which mount a cyano 10.1( android 4.2.2) and it works. I don't understand which is the problem with lollipop. Flexclust barchart issue when mcol=NULL (PR#14150)
Full_Name: Chris Hane Version: 2.10.1 OS: Windows Submission from: (NULL) (198.203.181.181) When using barchart in the flexcust package, setting mcol=NULL to avoid the lollipops causes an error. Each panel shows the text message "Error using packet n replacement has length zero." where n is the panel number. > data(iris) > cl <- cclust(iris[,-5], k=3) > barplot(cl, mcol=NULL) #works fine > barchart(cl, mcol=NULL) # oops FWIW, as the data of th...

...to post it. Are there any plans to jazz up the main R website : http://www.r-project.org The look it have now is the same for a long time and kind of sad compared to other statistical package's website. Of course, the comparison is not fair, since companies are paying web designers to draw lollipop websites ... My first idea was to organize some kind of web designing contest. But, I had a small talk with Friedrich Leisch about that, who said that I shouldn't expect too many competitors. So, what about creating a small team, create a home page project and then propose it to the core tea...

MP3/Vorbis/Opus: What I think I hear
Hi! Sorry, I know the rules for comparing objective subjective listening impressions, but I'd like to know whether from the algorithmic or implementer's point of view the following personal impressions can be confirmed: Comparing MP3 with Vorbis at rather high bitrates, I had the impression the Vorbis sounded more crispy, while MP3 sounded somewhat softened. I preferred Vorbis for that

Namespace Translation / IMAP Proxying
Hello everyone! About three years ago we migrated from Courier do Dovecot using the procedure at http://wiki2.dovecot.org/Migration/Courier. So we have a namespace prefix os "INBOX.". We are trying to implement the SOGo collaboration with Exchange ActiveSync integration with Android Lollipop devices. So, in this exact configuration (namespace prefix + ActiveSync + Android Lollipop) things dont work really well [1]. I'm trying to get an IMAP Proxy of any kind in front of my Dovecot system to translate my namespaces when SOGo connects to it. So instead of presenting INBOX and INBOX....

MP3/Vorbis/Opus: What I think I hear
...couple of years now. It should be available in the Google "Play Store", and I know for certain that it's in the f-droid[1] repository/"app store" as well. There are also other opus-supporting players out there, but I've not used any other than VLC. Also, as of "Lollipop", Android is SUPPOSED to natively support opus, but there's still what seems to be a stupid bug[2] preventing it from working right. (If I'm understanding the situation, the codec is supported just fine, but Google forgot to tell Android that ".opus" [opus in ogg] was an a...

Problem With Android Configuration
If you are running Lollipop / Android 5.x on your Nexus 5, then you are probably seeing the same issue I was with it. lollipop seems to change networking quite a bit in that it's using iptables / and `ip rule list` extensively for per-user settings. shapes in rgl
Does anyone have a way of producing solid shapes other than spheres in rgl? I am using rgl to produce a simple visualisation of a forest model results using "lollipops". Its just a bit of fun, but as many of the trees are pines I would like to depict their crowns as cones. If there is a solution I need it to work under windows. Here is the example. library(rgl) library(misc3d) Trees3d<-function(x,y,z,rad,cols="lightgreen"){ rgl.bg(color=&...

Thanks for all the great work, it is truly appreciated, I have 200 cd's just waiting to be archived. -lollipop

Summary of mails concerning R help system
Hi, here's a short summary of all the mails I got concerning the R help system during the last days ... I really want to have all open questions in this list, so if I forgot your most important topic please forgive (and remind me again) ... it's probably only because of lack of time such that I had to compile the list in a hurry ... Ok, here we go: 1) It would be useful to have a button
