Hi there, currently i'm running a RedHat 8.0 on I386 with Samba 2.2.5 using LDAP as User- and Group-Database. Samba is configured as a PDC. In this environment everything (ok... the most :) is working fine. Now I've tested to switch to samba 3.0a21. No compile-problems. No installation-problems. Cheers, As I have a lot of stability problems with Lighttpd + FastCGI-Cluster I wanted to test Apache 1.3 as most of the "big" sites like 43people or BaseCamp run on it. Every example I find only talks about lokal FastCGI processes and not about remote ones and explains how the requests are balanced. Hi, I need a simple tool for benchmarking my NT client against my Ubuntu Samba server. I get 20MB/s during a file copy but I think my limit is the client's hard disk. Dose anyone know a simple exe tool which simulate file I/O agains the Samba server. I like to avoid using my lokal disk during the test.
