Limit consumption of space on destination?
I've just started using rsync, and it's way cool.

I am using Red Hat 7.2 - kernel 2.4.9-13.

"testparm" command:
Load smb config files from /etc/samba/smb.conf
Processing section "[homes]"

Couple of other things to consider. If the Linux box running Samba is
connected
to the Internet make sure you bind Samba only to the inside interface and
only allow
local traffic otherwise everybody in your neighborhood will see your Samba
shares.
