the notorious "GLX_EXT_texture_from_pixmap is missing" error
...lp would be appreciated.
Once again I run into the famous "compiz: GLX_EXT_texture_from_pixmap is
missing" error. The problem is I can't figure out what's wrong.
I use fedora core 6 on an athlon XP with an ati RV250 and the radeon
open-source drivers
running compiz reports:

Patch to fix latest mesa git undefined symbol
...drivers/dri/i915/intel_screen.c. It's beyond my
current code expertise to know if it can be copypasted. I would appreciate
comments or questions on why this patch is needed.
Also, if you still get "Direct Rendering: No" after applying the patch, here
is a way to debug more:
export LIBGL_DEBUG=verbose
mesa-git/progs/xdemos/glxinfo
It will tell you why Direct Rendering failed.
I like the project and I hope to work on 3D a bit with my nv15 and nv43.
There's a lot of sample mesa programs that work partially or not at all. I
appreciate all the hard work the team has put into this. Mak...

Problems with dri/drm using Radeon 7000 VE in -stable
Hi,
I tried applying
http://people.freebsd.org/~anholt/dri/files/drm-stable-20030411.diff to
stable from today (using device radeondrm and options DRM_LINUX).
Kernel reports drm seems to be there:
drm0: <ATI Radeon QY RV100 VE> port 0x9000-0x90ff mem
0xed000000-0xed00ffff,0xe$
info: [drm] Initialized radeon 1.8.0 20020828 on minor 0
Now, when I try to start XFree86 everything looks fine

Unable to display a network on GeForce Go 7400 under Fedora
...v6000
Processor: Intel Core 2 CPU T5500 1.66 GH
Memory: 2 GB
Graphic card: NVIDIA G72M GeForce Go 7400
My laptop is on dual boot Windows Vista Home on which I have no problem
with Gephi. It's only under Fedora 19 Linux distribution that I have a
problem.
I run the following command:
export LIBGL_DEBUG=verbose
export MESA_DEBUG=1
export EGL_LOG_LEVEL=debug
cd /home/rene/gephi/bin
./gephi &
glxinfo |grep "OpenGL version"
yum list mesa\*
I get the attached file log.
I suspect the problem coming from nouveau or mesa with my nvidia card.
Could someone help me to fix the problem.
