You can't, actually; the mp4 format has no provision for live
streaming. It has to provide complete framing for a file up-front
before video data delivery begins.

Hi,
How can I provide live mpeg4 feed to icecast2 ?
I guess I will have a PAL composite signal or similar for input remotely.
I will typically have a laptop with linux or windows XP available.
I want to use a flash-player for viewing.
