Agents on DND still receiving calls...
...take calls. This means that calls
will hit voicemail even when other agents who are not on DND are available.
Any ideas how I can make agents ineligible to receive calls until they come
off DND. I don't want agents to have to login/logout every time they step
away from their desks.

server recommentation (unique requirements)
...4 PCI slots, one full-length (TDM2400P, 2xT100P, additional NIC)
- dual power supplies
- preferably dual CPUs >= 1GHz
- preferably rack-mountable (3-4RU)
- CentOS-friendly
We'd also like to stay away from older HP servers. Any recommendations would
be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Data calls through TDM2400E
...'re dialing into a Lucent TNT which drops
the call with a cause code of 11 (DCD-Detected-Then-Inactive. The modem
detected DCD, but became inactive). The modem call works fine when connected
directly to a phone line. Is there anything else that I can do to get this
working? Thanks.

dynamic IPSEC: Holy grail sighted
Hi,
Thanks to some pointers from Christian Kratzer, I am now able to join the
office VPN from a random WiFi hotspot. With the configuration files changes
detailed below, from a public WiFi hotspot I can now use this 3 step
procedure to login to the office VPN.
1) While at hotspot, boot up my -STABLE laptop.
2) Insert wireless card.
3) "rsh...

Variables in queues.conf
Howdy. Is it possible to specify variables such as USERNAME=technology/number
in queues.conf? I'm looking for something similar to the [globals] section in
extensions.conf. Doing so in [general] doesn't work, and an added [globals]
context is seen as a queue. Thanks.

dynamic IPSEC
...addresses every 5 minutes and generate a new ipsec.conf and install
it if it differs from the previous one. The system is now very stable and
we have ispec tunnels between all 3 offices.
If something changes they rewire themselves on the fly.
Greetings

BSD people, please test kqueue changes
I rewrote much of the kqueue code since the old code didn't handle
properly the case when both input and output I/O handlers were added to
the same file descriptor with different callbacks. This is done commonly
in Dovecot, so I'm wondering why more people didn't complain about
problems with it.. :)
I don't anyway have access to any BSDs so the code is completely
untested. Please
