R1000 Page
Could I get write access to http://wiki.centos.org/HardwareList/CentOS5/RealTek/r1000? There's a couple of things I'd like to copy over from my CentOS4 R1000 page. Wiki Name: kirkbocek Thanks, Kirk Bocek

Page Request
...tos.org/HardwareList/RealTekRTL8111b Would work with links to both CentOS 4 *and* CentOS 5? However, if the wiki admins want two pages, that'll be fine too. Can you also give write access to BillScheel since he's the author of the related CentOS 5 Realtek r1000 page? Thanks, Wiki Account kirkbocek

Page Request
Please open a new page under TipsAndTricks called AnacondaInstallCrash. This should be linked under Installation Tips as "Anaconda Crashes During Installation". I'd like to document how Travan IDE tape drive interfere with the installer and how to work around it. wiki user kirkbocek Thanks, Kirk Bocek

r1000 Driver
...s not included in the kernel. I've previously posted to the general mail list: http://lists.centos.org/pipermail/centos/2007-February/075383.html I'm guessing this would go in the HardwareList section. Otherwise a page titled 'Realtek r1000 Driver' would work. my wiki username is kirkbocek. Thanks, Kirk Bocek Chipsets listed by Realtek: RTL8110SC(L) RTL8110S-32 RTL8110SB(L) RTL8169SB(L) RTL8169SC(L) RTL8169

...identified the NIC and loaded the r8169 driver. But the driver obviously failed. After copying in Realtek's r8168-8.006.00 and manually installing it on the existing 5.1 installation, the NIC works fine. So the wiki pages need to be updated. Any ideas how to proceed?
