I'm talking about Dovecot 1.0.x, since 1.1.x showed some problems on some of my servers.

Is it possible to have Dovecot on one machine serving two different domains?
How can I set the mailboxes root to one domain to /dir1/ and to the other domain to /dir2/ ? I want all mailboxes from one domain to reside on a different mailbox root. I use Dovecot LDA.
Is is possible to set a LDAP

Change text from default overquota message - Possible?
I'm using Dovecot 1.0.5-6 (SuSE 10.3) and using dovecot deliver.
Is it possible to change the subject/body of the default overquota message (it says "Automatically rejected mail" on the subject) and also the text from the message? I don't wan't to "hack" anything, just if it's possible to do by editing config files.
thanks

Postfix on one host/Dovecot (mailboxes) on another - How?
Hi,
I'm using Dovecot 1.0.5 on OpenSUSE 10.3.
I run postfix/amavis/clamav on one host, postfix uses LDAP to identify whether or not users exist. On this same machine I was running dovecot, so I used dovecot LDA on Postfix master.cf (as mentioned on http://heinous.org/wiki/Virtual_Domains,_Postfix,_Dovecot_LDA,_and_LDAP#Postfix).
Now I want to run Dovecot on another machine, how should I

Quota not showing correctly after conversion (mb2md.pl)
-- SCENARIO --
I'm using dovecot-1.0.5-6 on opensuse 10.3.
I use the maildir quota plugin, and I'm converting mailboxes from UW IMAP (mbox) to Maildir format using that mb2md.pl script (3.10 I guess).
My migration happens like this:
- if a user receives mail (before ever using the new mail system), it goes to his/her inbox, dovecot proceeds normally, like when a user exists, but

userdb, Dovecot LDA not using mail_location config properly?
I use Dovecot 1.0.5.
I use LDAP for the user database and Dovecot LDA.
--- dovecot.conf
mail_location = maildir:/var/spool/mail/data/%Lu:INDEX=/var/spool/mail/index/%Lu
auth default {
mechanisms = plain (Note: TLS is used anyways..)
userdb prefetch {
}

Lmtp between hosts? (postfix/dovecot/ldap)
I have 2 hosts:
(a)
- dovecot-1.0.5-6
- postfix-2.4.5-20
-> It's not the mx record for the domain, just holds the mailboxes
-> Postfix uses LDAP for user lookup, dovecot too.
-> Works ok if I set it to be the final mail destination, with Cyrus and Dovecot LDA (mailbox_transport).
-> Has no domain associated (dns) with this ip address
(b)
- postfix-2.3.2-28
-> Has the mx record

(userdb/ldap) Set home dovecot variable - How?
Dovecot version dovecot-1.0.rc14-7 (opensuse)
Postfix is using Dovecot LDA.
I'm getting this error message, and I guess it's going to be a problem on my next task, which is to set up sieve scripts.
Is there something wrong/contraditory on my config or I forgot something? I want:
/var/dovecot-tests/: where user's inbox resides
/var/dovecot-tests/home/: home dir (users will not be
