Getting Spam Assassin and Amavis working
Okay, y'all know that I've been working on a script to auto-setup an email server. (updated script at: http://www.benjamin.weiss.name/mail-server.sh ) I've been trying to get Spam Assassin to work correctly with amavisd and razor. To test, I've taken email from my current email server that has a score of 9 or more and tried emailing it to the new server, but it doesn't

GRUB bootloader
I have raid'd a copy of my system for backup purposes to another hard drive, not deleting the MBR. When I boot with GRUB (Centos 3.3) it now lists multiple instances to boot, but in fact there is only one complete system. Is there a way to delete additional instances from the GRUB bootup screen? Thanks, Beth

Printing Problems w/Samba on AIX (2nd Try)
...the upgrade we rebooted and tried printing through Samba; which worked. However, once we reached a full load of users, printing through Samba stopped working. AIX printing continues to work properly, as do all other functions. SuperServer 6024H-82R and Centos 3.3
I know this is a long shot, but does anyone have any familiarity with this server? It uses the Super X6DH8-G2 motherboard. Currently, we've added an Adaptec 2120S Ultra320 RAID PCI Controller Card to get RAID 5 capability. The installation bombs and from what I can tell it looks like we're getting SCSI resets or the controller is going offline maybe. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Rid me of this boot GUI
One of these days, RedHat might actually run me off!!!! AAAARGH!!!! Can anyone tell me how to get CentOS 4 to simply boot to the console in text mode? If I wanted a stinkin' GUI I would have installed winders! Now, my KVM and 25 foot cord is just too long to send a GUI signal across the room and I'm missing 50% of the screen.. striped vertically.. at about 1/8th inch spacing. Not

Open/Closed Ports
Hi, Just installed CentOS 3.3. I said to allow only http and ssh when I did the install. I can ssh to the machine and until I compiled apache 2 and installed it seperately I could connect to the default web server. I am running oracle on the box and have found that I can't connect remotely to oracle from another linux box (sql*net works fine on the CentOS box itself). I think it is because
