[LLVMdev] llvm/test: suffix or operands invalid for `push'
Hi all again, llvm is failing the 2006-11-30-NoCompileUnit and 2006-11-30-Pubnames tests on me. -m32 and --disable-multilib didn't change the outcome. Did I get the command wrong? I tried jo at kurier:~/Delta/llvm/test$ CFLAGS=--multilib make check See below for a transcript of the failed check. What next? Regards, Jo -- snip -- jo at kurier:~/Delta/llvm/test$ make check llvm[0]:

[LLVMdev] Compiling llvm-gcc on amd64 with 32 bits: assembler still carps
Hi all, I managed to navigate around all those issues with environment variables and such. llvm itself now builds and checks just fine, but I can't get llvm-gcc to compile. Trying to 'make' from .../gcc gives me: ./xgcc -B./ -B/home/jo/i686-pc-linux-gnu/bin/ -isystem /home/jo/i686-pc-linux-gnu/include -isystem /home/jo/i686-pc-linux-gnu/sys-include -L/home/jo/llvm-gcc-wrk/gcc/../ld

[LLVMdev] Potential breakage in llvm-gcc's ./configure
(Apologies if this appears twice, it seems to not have made it into the list. I added an update for SVN trunk.) Just a quick heads-up for 2.2 and SVN trunk: ./configure in the llvm package will work on my amd64 machine with this command line: ./configure --prefix=$HOME --enable-optimized \ --build=i686-pc-linux-gnu CC=gcc-4.2 CXX=g++-4.2 Note that the CC and CXX flags are set on the command

It shoudl work fine if you set CC right and use --build --target --host == i686-pc-linux-gnu On Sun, Mar 30, 2008 at 10:40 AM, Joachim Durchholz <jo at durchholz.org> wrote: > Hi all, > > I managed to navigate around all those issues with environment variables > and such. llvm itself now builds and checks just fine, but I can't get > llvm-gcc to compile. > >

BUG: After stop and start wrong port is advertised
Hello, ? ? Will we also suffer from this regression in any of the (previously) fixed 3.10 releases? We kept 3.10 and hope to stay stable :/ Regards Jo ? ? -----Original message----- From:Atin Mukherjee <amukherj at redhat.com> Sent:Tue 23-01-2018 05:15 Subject:Re: [Gluster-users] BUG: After stop and start wrong port is advertised To:Alan Orth <alan.orth at gmail.com>; CC:Jo

Hello Atin, ? ? Could you confirm this should have been fixed in 3.10.8? If so we'll test it for sure! [LLVMdev] Error messages in llvm-test
Hi all, llvm-test fails on me in the first test (and many subsequent tests, but I hope that fixing the first test will allow me to continue). I see syntax errors from the C compiler and core dumps from llc. Is any of this supposed to happen? This is still on my amd64 machine. However, the build process is using the right incantation to compile (gcc-4.2 -m32 -Wl,-melf_i386). The llvm-gcc

BUG: After stop and start wrong port is advertised
For what it's worth, I just updated some CentOS 7 servers from GlusterFS 3.12.1 to 3.12.4 and hit this bug. Did the patch make it into 3.12.4? I had to use Mike Hulsman's script to check the daemon port against the port in the volume's brick info, update the port, and restart glusterd on each node. Luckily I only have four servers! Hoping I don't have to do this every time I

Ouch! Yes, I see two port-related fixes in the GlusterFS 3.12.3 release notes[0][1][2]. I've attached a tarball of all yesterday's logs from /var/log/glusterd on one the affected nodes (called "wingu3"). I hope that's what you need. 3.10 doesn't have this regression, so you're safe. [LLVMdev] Just got bitten by accidentally using the wrong gcc
Hi all, I just forgot to ./configure with CC=gcc-4.2 CXX=g++-4.2, getting the (broken-for-LLVM) gcc-4.1 as a compiler. The error message that I got was this: make[1]: Entering directory `/home/jo/llvm-wrk/lib/VMCore' make[1]: *** No rule to make target `/home/jo/llvm-wrk/Release/bin/tblgen', needed by `/home/jo/llvm-wrk/lib/VMCore/Release/Intrinsics.gen.tmp'. BUG: After stop and start wrong port is advertised
So from the logs what it looks to be a regression caused by commit 635c1c3 ( and the good news is that this is now fixed in release-3.12 branch and should be part of 3.12.5. Commit which fixes this issue: COMMIT: https://review.gluster.org/19146 committed in release-3.12 by \"Atin Mukherjee\" <amukherj at redhat.com> with a commit message- glusterd: connect to an existing brick

Hello, Joachim > This assembler was configured for a target of `x86_64-linux-gnu'. Hrm, try to check, how 'as' is invoked by llvm-gcc, you need jut to run the mentioned cmdline 'by hands': ./xgcc -B./ -B/home/jo/i686-pc-linux-gnu/bin/ -isystem /home/jo/i686-pc-linux-gnu/include -isystem /home/jo/i686-pc-linux-gnu/sys-include -L/home/jo/llvm-gcc-wrk/gcc/../ld -O2 -DIN_GCC
