Windows users can create files but Linux users can not?
...mba server running on a Fedora Core 1 Linux server, and my
problem is that Windows users can create files but Linux users can not.
This is my smb.conf file:

workgroup = IDG_DK
server string = WebDev
log file = /var/log/samba/%m.log
max log size = 50

Order a find using a has_many association
I''m trying to order a find through a has_many association. I have a
model called SalesOrder. Each sales order has things like amount,
description, etc. I use the following to get the Sales Orders:
@sales_orders = SalesOrder.find(:all)
And I display them with:

My little project
Greetings,
I help out at an Internet Cafe here and would like to install FC3 and/or
LinuxTLE on our existing machines, all but one of which which do not
have cdrom drives.
In the past I made a boot floppy and then installed using ftp from a
central machine which served the distribution files.
Now there is no floppy disk image with either distribution.
I thought I'd try pxeboot, but our

When I try to connect to a NT share I get this:
19788: session setup failed: ERRDOS - ERRnoaccess (Access denied.)
SMB connection failed
My command is:
mount -t smbfs -o username=xxx,password=xxx //DBSERVER/myshare$ /tmp/backup
The above command works on other machines. Please help.
