rsync creates file twice
...no ACLs, xattrs, iconv, no symtimes
My problem is that it looks like that rsync would create some file twice
under circumstances which I don't know. This happens only for 2 files
out of thousands, but it should not happen at all, I think.
On the source directory, there is:

[2.2.0p1] patch to get "scp -S prog" to work right + man page fix
Hi.
This functionality was just added in 2.2.0p1. The patch is self-explanatory.

[nbdkit PATCH 6/9] server: Cache per-connection can_FOO flags
Similar to the previous patch in caching size, we want to avoid
calling into the plugin more than once per connection on any of the
flag determination callbacks.
The following script demonstrates the speedup, where we avoid repeated
calls into a slow can_fua. Pre-patch:
$ cat script
case "$1" in
get_size) echo 1m;;
can_fua) sleep 1; echo native;;

ks.test troubles
Hi there!
I have two little different data. One is a computer test on people, the
other is a paper and pencil test. two boxplots show me that the data is
almost the same.
So now I'd like to know if I could handle all data as one, by testing
with ks.test:
====

Two-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test
data: el$angststoer and fl$angststoer

alternative hypothesis: two-sided
Warning message:

use list elements to subtract values from the dataframe
Hi,
I have a dataframe wf existing of a header with different labels and beneath
the values of those labels :
wf:
label1 label2 ...
0,45 0,21
0,10 0,45
.... ....
I have a list
fl <- c("label2","label3",..)
Isn't possible to use the list elements in the list in order to subtract
values from the dataframe? like :
wf$fl[[1]]
When I do in R I get :NULL
fl[[1]] gives "label2" so no problem here...
While wf$label1 works fine.

First, regarding existing tools that I now about.
libavcodec and users (e.g. HandBrake):
- if there are 6 channels or less, the layout is set by the decoder as per the FLAC specification
- if there are more than 6 channels, the layout is not set by the decoder,
and instead the default libavcodec channel layout guess is used
-> 7 channels, 6.1 (front left, right, center, lfe, back center, side left, right)

Linux/Windows Domain Controller
Yes I've red this section and the docu is saying no FL above 2008. Might
be caused by incompleted docu? So far I understand if we don't use >4.19
we will not be able to use FL 2016 which is necessary since our DC WIN22
is configured as FL2016?
