...news feed working in Internet Explorer. It turns out, after quite some hours of debugging, that IE only processes XML files as such if they have the right MIME-type/extension. Moving feed.rss to feed.xml fixed it. It adds a few news items as well. Going in details through the FLAC format specification, I realize that there are 2 rice coding methods now supported for residual encoding. I thought I remembered in the 1.1.3 times that there was only 1 method (with 4-bit Rice parameter) [or was I drunk ? ;-)].
