Thunderbird is an absolute pig, taking hours to load my Dovecot IMAP. Claws-mail is good, but I have some problems with it. Alpine appears not to be ready for prime time to act as a window into IMAP. Same with the rest I've tried. So configuration: NT----PPTP---NT/RAS-----Linux 7 Any experience with this type of config? Quick test shows the samba host but when I try to access it the network path is not found. Thanks! ++Dirk

...g under the assumption that imapsync would retain both imap uids and pop3 uidls. According to Sami's post this is not the case. This begs the question which path to take. The source server is dovecot, albeit a very old version with no dsync (we're talking dovecot 1.x.x). Any ideas? Thanks Ionel

Agreed, I have the the same problem after upgrading from Lenny to Squeeze and the only option for me is tu use routing networking for xen. Among this there are another bug in /etc/xen/scripts/vif-common.sh which trigger a kernel error regarding routing for which exist a patch at http://xenbits.xensource.com/xen-unstable.hg?rev/b0fe8260cefa This is very annoying because debian multimedia

Me again I've downloaded the xen source from thexen.org and browsing for hotplugpath.sh give me no result, so I guess is not a Debian bug but rather xen bug.

Further investigation revealed that hotplugpath.sh is an autogenerated script so it's a Debian bug. Thank You
