trouble with installXLSXsupport()
Dear R People:
I'm using gdata and read.xls for a couple of projects.
When I load gdata, it says to run installXLSXsupport()
When I do that, I get a "not responding" error.
I tried it with verbose=TRUE, but nothing appears.
Has anyone else run into this, please?
This is on Windows 7, 64 bit, compiled from source.

reg: R genetics problem
Dear Sir,
We need to use genetics packages at our end. We have installed R packages. When i try to choose genetics package and install, it is giving an error. Please see the attachment for the error. How can i resolve it and make it work?
