printer list from cups without restart?
Hi,
while using cups as a print system and sharing all the printers with
samba to windows clients, is it possible to 'view' a newly created
printer in the browse list without restarting smbd ? (samba 2.2.7)

Open source firmware on an ATA
Does anyone know of an ATA which has a modifieable (open source) firmware
AND that supports faxing.
Granted most of them don't do faxing well but that is more of a problem with
the network side.

...ook into expanding samba-tool ntacl ... a bit to do the work a

Iiirc not quite. Iirc we convert the NT ACL to POSIX ACL, store it in
the fs, convert the POSIX ACL back to an NT ACL and then store this in
the xattr. This makes sure both ACLs are the same and use the same
common denominator.
