Hi group, I want to install a SW-package. This needs IE4 to be installed. The installation aborts with an error and popups a message, that IE4 needs to be installed before the installation can continue. How can I handle this? Is there a trick that do this? I don't see any advantage of IE4 on my Linux box. Andy.

The Samba set up we're using to support 25 or so Win 95 clients is working well, but my users are usually not up to complicated tasks. Has anyone found a way to get logging out down to a single action (like, Start/Logout), instead of Start/Shutdown/Close all programs and log in as another user/Yes? As I disconnect manually (i.e. log out and bypass the login-screen), I can shutdown normally. At #linux (or was int #linux.de?) in IRC I was told that was a bug in Win95 in combination with IE4 and in Win98 ... Same problem I would encounter if the server were a Win NT server instead of a Samba one (2.0.4b).
